I have found a book with the symbol of the Thexians on the cover within the Befallen Caverns that appears to be of some significant importance. I should seek ways to learn the secrets the book might contain.

1. Collect ten pages. The ten pages spawn in semi hidden corners all over the zone. The page numbers at each spawn point appear to be random. The pages respawn once all pages have been collected.

2. Seek out a Thexian scholar who can interpret the book for you.
• Speak to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis in A Thexian Hideout (entrance at -513,-91,-678 Copy at the end of a small stream in Grobb) off of Moors of Ykesha.
3. Deliver a message to Vlakis D'Vanus in Lavastorm at the Thexian Camp. -85,-130,330 Copy near Najena's Dungeon
4. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis at the secret lair to determine if he was able to decipher the book
5. Find a Tomb in The Commonlands.
• The tomb is by the road, near the Darklight Wood entrance at 162,-49,-742 Copy
6. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis at the Secret Lair to tell him about the status of the tomb (it was Locked)
7. Search Befallen: Halls of the Forsaken for someone who might have known Kizdean Gix.
• Kill The Eidolon of Depravity.
8. Search Befallen: Necrotic Asylum for someone who might have known Kizdean Gix.
• Click the bench at -94,0,-45 Copy and talk to Cmdr Windstream
9. The betrayer Cmdr Windstream spoke of should be somewhere within the Befallen Caverns
• Examine a headstone in Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted at 79,-31,-2 Copy to spawn the named skeleton, Skeleton Lrodd.
10. Inform V'Aevic Eil'Dragis of the new information I have learned.
11. Gather a Vial of pure sunlight particles used to fight against vampires in the Evernight Abbey.
• You get this update upon killing the last named in Evernight Abbey
12. Go to Obelisk of Ahkzul and kill the Proto-Ravager for the vial of emptyness update.
13. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis and he will send you to Kizdean Gix's Tomb in The Commonlands (164, -45, -743).
14. Kizdean Gix (85^^^). He has approx. 3,200,000 health.
15. Inform V'Aevic Eil'Dragis of the new information I have learned.
16. Go to Neriak, City of Hate (just inside the entrance)
17. Inform V'Aevic Eil'Dragis of the new information I have learned.
• This completes the quest.
