Gather seven missing runes of the Staff of Theer

The Ruins of Guk: The Lower Corridors (moderate to hard) update from killing Frog King.
Veksar: The Sunken Theater (easy to moderate) update from killing Lord Sasil
Emperor Atrebe's Laboratory: The Fabled City of Kor-sha (moderate to hard) update from a box in the last boss room.
Miragul's Phylactery: The Crucible (moderate) update from a box in the last boss room.
Najena's Hollow Tower (easy to moderate) update from a box in the last boss room.
Befallen: Necrotic Asylum (moderate to hard) update from killing last boss.
Ravenscale Repository (moderate to hard) update from killing last boss.

Return to Firmroot Moot and talk to The Great Morsley
The Great Morsley will give you another Staff of Theer and will send you back to Obelisk of Ahkzul to find and destroy the anchor.

The anchor is in the last room of the Obelisk of Ahkzul, but be SURE TO RUN PAST THE ANCHOR BEFORE YOU KILL THE LAST NAMED!
After you get the update, you have to kill Executor Vark, then equip the Staff of Theer and destroy the anchor.
After the anchor is destroyed (it will update for everyone in group) you have 3 minutes to escape the Obelisk.

You will then be sent to find the Anchor in the Anchor of Bazzul.

The Great Morsley has managed to cast a spell that has located the runes on Norrath. They are all found within previously unexplored dungeons on Norrath. I should travel to each of these locations and find the rune held within it.

Stage 1

I have been given a list of the locations of the seven missing Runes of Theer.

Start:	I need to find a rune held in Befallen.
Complete:	I have found the Rune of Theer held in Befallen.

Start:	I need to find the rune in Najena's Workshop.
Complete:	I have found the rune in Najena's possession.

Start:	I need to find the rune held in the Theater of Veksar.
Complete:	I have found the rune in the possession of Lord Sasil.

Start:	I need to find a rune in Miragul's Phylactery.
Complete:	I have found a whole cache of Runes of Theer in Miragul's Phylactery.

Start:	I need to find the rune in Mistmoore's possession.
Complete:	I have found the Rune of Theer held by T'Lon the Powermonger.

Start:	I need to find a rune held in the ruins of Guk.
Complete:	I have found the Rune of Theer held in the possession of the Ghoul Lord.

Start:	I need to find a rune held in Atrebe's Laboratory in the Fabled City of Kor'sha.
Complete:	I have found a rune held in Atrebe's Laboratory in the Fabled City of Kor'sha.

I have gathered the seven missing runes of the Staff of Theer.

Stage 2

Now that I have the missing runes, I should return them to The Great Morsley in Firmroot Moot.

Start:	I should return to The Great Morsley with these runes.
Complete:	Morsley has managed to perform a ritual to reattach the runes to the Staff of Theer.

I have returned the runes to The Great Morsley.

Stage 3

I need to enter the first obelisk and find the anchor harbored there.

Start:	I need to find the anchor in the Obelisk of Ahkzul.
Complete:	I have found the anchor.

Start:	I need to destroy the anchor's guardian and then use the Staff of Theer to destroy the anchor.
Complete:	I have destroyed the anchor.

I have found the anchor in the Obelisk of Ahkzul. Now I must destroy it and flee!

Stage 4

I need to destroy the anchor before it's too late.

Start:	I need to get out of the dungeon before it falls down on me.
Complete:	I have managed to escape from the dungeon.

I have destroyed the tether between the Void and Norrath found in the Obelisk of Ahkzul.

Stage 5

I need to find the Anchor of Bazzul.

Start:	I need to find the anchor in the Anchor of Bazzul.
Complete:	I have found the anchor, now I must destroy it.

Start:	I need to destroy the anchor's guardian and then use the Staff of Theer to destroy the anchor.
Complete:	I have destroyed the anchor!

I have found the Anchor of Bazzul. Now I must destroy it and flee!

Stage 6

I must use the Staff of Theer to sever the tie between Norrath and the Void that is harbored in the Anchor of Bazzul.

Start:	I need to get out of the dungeon before it falls down on me.
Complete:	I have managed to escape from the dungeon.

I have destroyed the tether between the Void and Norrath found in the Anchor of Bazzul.

Stage 7

I need to return to The Great Morsley and let him know I have destroyed the first two anchors.

Start:	I need to return to Morsley at the Veilbreaker.
Complete:	I have returned to Morsley.

I have destroyed the first two Void anchors.

I recovered all of the missing Runes of Theer and The Great Morsley performed a spell that has restored the Staff. Once the Staff was powered again, I used it to destroy the first two Void anchors.
