I guess they reduced the respawn time of the hunter groups at less then 10 minutes.
Think it's easy: Go to northern croc hunter camp, kill all hunter groups, wait 10 minutes inside the camp and either the group of expedition leader or Bindi will spawn. Kill them before they walk into the croc camp. Or: Try again. :-)

took 8 months till they fixed bindi on test, then found when got to preceptor azmar fing jazeel was up instead killed him and shaair killed me, and i hadnt fing killed anything in zone b4 hand

What a couple others have mentioned is true, Bindi can not be 'spawned' as such. The best idea is to first make sure neither the Expedition Leader/Bindi group is up in the caves. Then return to the croc camp every 20 odd minutes and wait for the pop - you will get EITHER the Expedition Leader or Bindi. They will pop at the camp and then wander into the caves. Of course if you get the Expedition Leader's group kill him and then wait for the next spawn.
I was timing the pops and found that the Expedition Leaders group spawned for me about every 23 minutes. I had to wait a few hours before Bindis group popped, and her pop was delayed and took more like 30 minutes. I am not sure if this is coincidence and the spawn time is random, or whether her group just takes longer.
If you find there has been no spawn at the camp in over 35 minutes - I did have one occasion where the group was bugged ... 2 croc hunters wandered out of the caves after some time and after attacking them about 10 times (they kept resetting themself) the Expedition leader appeared 'linked' with them. I think he was stuck in a wall somewhere :-)

I just killed the two groups of croc hunters outside the cave, one of them well over by the sand toward the docks and then followed the cave to the right to the water and found Bindi walking in the water right away. No wait at all.

While i was camping Bindi, I saw someone run out of the caves with Bindi chaseing them, I guess she pops in the caves at least sometimes, hope this helps :)

I have been camping this for over 2 hours now and it appears that the expedition leader is on around a 25 minute spawn timer. I still have not gotten Bindi to spawn. It's very frustrating. Good luck!

The expedition leader is the PH for Bindi...he has everything to do with the quest and Bindi :rolleyes:

I was killing serval hours the two groups of croc hunter's and the expedition leader , nothing happend ... Bindi doesn´t spawn!

Confirmed that Bindi spawns in the croc camp after clearing the two groups of croc hunters a few times. Spawns right by the camp fire and starts walking toward the caves. Was a 10 minute camp for me. Good luck.

For Bindi the Croc Hunter I did both.. killed the Expedition Leader while in Croc caves and also the croc hunters in the camp. Nither spawned Bindi.. so I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and stayed in the caves.. she just wandered into my screen once the pizza was delivered.
So order a pizza.. it worked like a charm!

I killed nothing in the area, except the expedition leader. It took quite a few kills, but Bindi eventually spawned in his place. They spawn next to the big firepit in the croc camp, and path into the cave behind the rocks.

To spawn Bindi you have to kill the two solo groups in the croc camp at location (-1329, -226, -599). The expedition leader has nothing to do with this quest, nor do the croc caves.

This is one of the worst quests I have ever come across. The coordinates given below are perfect for spotting the expedition leader and he DOES spawn just about every 25 minutes like clockwork. I have killed him and the croc hunter grps outside about 20 times and still no Bindi. Just beware when you start this quest that it may consume way too many hours of your life! Come to the cave once in a while and bring me some food and water...if I wasn't an elf, my beard would be getting very long.

Well After killing twice the 2 groups of orc hunters inside the camp where the named should spawn, the named spawned the second after I killed the last mob of the secodn group.
A friend of mine has killed over 20 expedition leader and never got the name.

I'm not sure killing croc hunters in the vacinty has anything to with Bindi spawning. I must have killed croc hunters for 2 hours with no spawn. But the 25 spawn timer on the PH is correct.

Bindi or the PH will spawn around every 25 min or so regardless if you kill croc hunters or not. They have nothing to do with it.

The previous comment is 100% correct. I killed that one group of croc hunters about 5 times and Bindi spawned right on top of me right after the 5th kill.

The ph for expedition leader/Bindi is the group of croc hunters in the tent behind Numair. I was killing only those and getting either them or expedition leader to repop.

I stood by entrance to the cave near the carpet quest/lotto NPCs and it spawned right on me and pathed towards the water. I didn't clear anything either. So it's apparentally timed or somebody else happened to clear the mobs before I got there.

Well I have been camping the Bindi Spawn for way to long now and have found the the PH, the expedition leader is on what appears to be a 25 minute spawn timer. I have traced his spawn point to the mouth of the cave at -1340.03, -227.61, -656.13. From this location if facing south you will see him when he spawns. I hope to get him to pop Bindi soon. LOL

Bindi will spawn after you kill the croc hunters inside the camp,and the ones near it by the rock. after a few cycles of killing them either Bindi or the expedition leader will spawn.

The name of this quest should be "Court of the Coin: Setting the House in Order" not "Court of the Coin : Setting the House in Order" the extra space throws off searchs and the 'related quests'. Small, but troublesome, differnce =)

I think i found a way to spawn Bindi...
maybe it way just by chance but at least it worked for me...
I killed all croc hunter groups beneath the croc camp... 2 groups in the camp.. one at a rock beneath camp and one group on the other end of the area... then abput 10 minutes later Bindi spawned...

I spoke with Neriph and it looks like he has a rebellion on his hands. If he can't keep control of the Barterlords the court and his rule will fall. Neriph is too inept to reel these men in himself so I should visit these Barterlords and see if I can straighten out their thinking myself...

This quest is given to you by Neriph, Caliph of the Coin after you complete Court of the Coin: Running the Business quest.
- Go talk to Barter Lord Tum Jal'Daris in the Golden Scepter.
- Now you need to go destroy 8 Jal'Daris shipments to show him you mean business, 4 in The Sinking Sands and 4 in Maj'Dul.
- The crates are labelled as "Property of Jal'Daris Shipping". There are 3 locations for the boxes in Maj'Dul.
- One is behind the tents next to the entrance to Maj'Dul.
- One is behind the Coin faction hall.
- One is in the courtyard surrounding the Golden Scepter.
- The Sinking Sands crates are located near the mailbox on the docks. The crates are a fast respawn.
- Once the crates are destroyed, go talk to Barter Lord Tum Jal'Daris in the Golden Scepter.
- Now speak to Barter Lord Feth Ardala.
- Next order of business is:
- Kill 2 groups of Dervin Thugs. They walk around in groups of three outside the Golden Scepter.
- Kill Bindi the Croc Hunter in Sinking Sands (wanders the croc caves - water side mostly - heroic encounter near -1329, -226, -599 . Bindi's placeholder is an expedition leader.
- After you kill the Dervin Thugs and Bindi, go talk to Barter Lord Ardala in the Golden Scepter.
- Next you need to speak to Asadel Yasurbah in his residence ( 125, 144, 100 ) just south of the Court of Coin.
- Now go to the Champion's Court (zone into it by clicking on one of the doors) and kill Preceptor Yezmar (54^^ Heroic with 1 (54 Heroic) and 2 (54vv Heroic companions)).
- After killing the Preceptor, go back and talk to Asadel once again.
- Return to Neriph and collect your reward. He will now offer the next quest, Court of the Coin: Imminent Danger.
