They Have Searched an Age for a Dark Champion...  

This quest is for the Fabled version of the Shadowknight-only Epic Weapon, Sedition.

To begin the quest: Upon reaching level 80, go to the basement of the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport. You will be attacked by 2 Teir`Dal, Nik U'ronu and Talon P'Radim when you walk up to them at 28, -38, -123 Copy . The encounter is soloable. When defeated they will drop a small chest containing a hiring contract. Examine this item to start the quest.

1. Go to Darklight Wood and speak to Marla K'Stane inside the Gilded Scroll building in Hate's Envy at -410, -62, 208 Copy . After a quick conversation, you have to kill her, which will update your quest.
2. You will get a Mage's Divining Scroll in your inventory.
3. Head over to West Freeport to the Freeport Militia HQ. The misplaced file is next to Viscount Gelvonius on the top level, hanging on the edge of the table.
4. Speak to Sir Sayex Nevagon behind the Blood Haze Inn in West Freeport at 302, -4.81, 140 Copy and receive the Bone Shield of Laarthik K'Shin.
5. Read the Mage's Divining Scroll in your inventory. It sets forth certain tasks which can be done in any order.
6. I must gather 30 of the unmarred bones from powerful sentient beings!
• Tip: We also have reports that any level 80+ mobs will update this step.
• Tip: Killing 10 Teir'Dal Warriors & 10 Feir'Dal warriors for in later steps of this quest can update this step at the same time.
7. I need the skull of a Teir'Dal Champion
• He's at -714, 29, -71 Copy next to 3 Walk of the Dead in Neriak, City of Hate
8. Kill 10 Teir'Dal Warriors in Neriak, City of Hate.
• The mobs are 83^ Relic Protectors, and they attack you as you walk around the city. The majority of these can be found if you take the main walkways. You'll also know if you're about to pop one if your character 'runs into them', even if you don't see it. Note that you can't bring good friends to assist you, as the guards will attack them. On the other hand, the guards will assist you in killing the mobs, and you still get credit.
9. I need the skull of a Feir'Dal Champion!
• In the graveyard in New Tunaria, at the last tombstone on the right -474, 68, -140 Copy .
10. Kill 10 Feir'Dal warriors in New Tunaria.
• The mobs are 83^ Relic Guardians, which attack you as you walk around the zone. The majority of these can be found if you take the main walkways. You'll also know if you're about to pop one if your character 'runs into them', even if you don't see it.
11. Head to Neriak, City of Hate, to a tomb in the water next to the first bridge at -154, -5, 129 Copy . Search the tomb for an automatic update.
• Harvest a Pile of Bones found immediately next to the SW side of the tomb. They are not targetable.
• Touch the altar to place the bones
• Touch the altar to call Spirit of Laarthik and speak with it.
12. Travel to the City of Mist in Kunzar Jungle and speak to Lharnc the Confined who is trapped inside a room with a Black Reaver at -323, 150, -1017 Copy .
• He sends you to kill his brother Glohner in Edgewater Drains. You can find Glohner 85^^^ roaming the halls and ramp between EWD1 and EWD2 around ( 147,31,-105 ) Copy . Bring friends, he's 85^^^. He casts a single target fear on the tank, but does not hit very hard.
13. After killing Glohner, take the sword back to Lharnc in the City of Mist.
14. After hailing Lharnc, and a short conversation he will aggro (an 85^^^). Be prepared for a rather long fight (he hits hard and has 380k health). Note that Lharnc also uses a charm and target-change ability that causes the tank along with Lharnc to attack another party member. If the party wipes, Lharnc remains attackable and can be pulled from the building without pulling anything else.
15. Lharnc drops a single chest with the update item, the Talisman of Envy, a lore, no-trade item. Only 1 Shadowknight can get this no-trade item at a time.
16. Speak with Yeal Jouse at 1748, 483, -1028 Copy in the building in the NE corner of Teren's Grasp in Kylong Plains.
17. Use the Talisman of Envy you got off of Lharnc the Envious on Yeal Jouse
18. Speak with Yeal Jouse again.
19. Speak with Sszot Skiks at 689, 36, -85 Copy on the right side of the steps as you are entering the City of Jinisk in Kunzar Jungle when you come from Fens of Nathsar.
20. Speak with Atira X'aphon at 647, 36, -146 Copy inside the City of Jinisk.
21. You now must kill 3 Crimson Teir mobs. (Can be done in any order)
1. Karnor's Castle
• Tovin D'Rin is in the Karnor's Castle Library at -31, -56, 162 Copy .
• 85^^^ with 3 pets, two 85^^ and one 85. He has knockback and the room will agro if not cleared. Tovin has 330k health and the two 85^^ have 160k each.
2. Chelsith
• Talik K'syk and his sister Mydraa K'syk are in Chelsith.
• They can be found at the last named tentacle's platform at -419, 30, -33 Copy .
• They are a grouped 85^^^ proximity spawn when you step on the platform. You do not have to kill the last worm/tentacle mob to get them to spawn, but you do need to deactivate his platform's force field to get to the prox spawn area by killing the 4 worms of the adjacent pools.
• Mydraa is a mage; she can be mezzed and stunned. If you do not have a mezzer, concentrate on killing her first, because she casts silence/stun. Talik K'syk appears to be pure melee.
3. Kylong Plains
• Jerak T'Shir is at Teren's Grasp in Kylong Plains.
• He can be found between two pyramids at 1831, 480, -1006 Copy . He is a 85^^^ proximity spawn, be prepared. He has 407k health and becomes hard to knock down after he is at 20% health.
22. After you have killed the 3 Crimson Teir mobs return to Atira X'aphon. She will offer you the next step.
23. Obtain 3 Emblems. These must be done in order.
1. The King's Emblem!: Speak with Dragoon K'naae in Nektulos Forest at -1370, 30, -1335 Copy and trade him your Shiny Brass Halberd for the The King's Emblem!.
2. The Archpriest's Emblem: Found in Neriak, City of Hate in The Spires of Innoruuk next to Xilania Nevagon. You'll see a skull with a dagger in it that you can click at -284, 29, 179 Copy . You'll be ported to a secret room.
• Once everyone has ported up, speak with Dorvias N'Keth who will then turn into a 85^^^. He will spawn immediately by himself. Occasionally he will spawn a trio of level 85 Minions of Hate to aid him.
• The Emblem is a chest drop, lore item, so if more than Shadow Knight in the group you must kill one time for each Shadow Knight.
3. Speak with Xilania Nevagon inside the The Spires of Innoruuk to be offered the subquest Dingy Little Knick Knack... that will give you The Prophet's Emblem. This subquest tasks you to:

• The Blood Ember Shoulders, 289, 17, 317 Copy (inside Skeletal Master tower)
• The Blood Ember Gauntlets, 306, 78, 97 Copy (top of the shiverback pyramid)
• The Blood Ember Bracer, -83, 44, 33 Copy (Dracoliche area)
• The Darkforge Greaves, 243, 7, -249 Copy (behind Skeletal Lord tower)
• The Darkforge Breastplate, -7, 52, -476 Copy (one on top of Terror's pyramid)
• In order to get to Terror's pyramid you will need to two a heart of fear from the Thulian Triskeles (at 259, 59, -26 Copy and -297, 21, 190 Copy ).
• Kill the six a thulian berserker around the outside of the area.
• Kill one of the a thulian caller. When it dies, the corpse will become akin to a house item, alternate-click and select move to move it to the center of the Triskele.
• Kill the frightflyer that spawns after sacrificing the corpse. After the third fightflyer dies, the a heart of fear will spawn in the center.
• The Blood Lord's Boots, obtained from Charasis: Maiden's Chamber at 7, 5, 172 Copy in Drusella Sathir's room.
• The Umbral Helm, obtained from Charasis: Vault of Eternal Sleep at 41, -3, -125 Copy (Very last room)
• Head back to Neriak, City of Hate and speak with Xilania Nevagon. Kill an Umbral Destroyer that will spawn (85^^^ mob)
24. Speak with Xilania Nevagon again to get The Prophet's Emblem.
25. Go to the Darklight Palace in Neriak, City of Hate. Once there, head up to the very top floor and you should see a bed. Look under it and you'll see a box under the bed which will give you an update. -579, 87, -192 Copy
26. After clicking the box, head over to Kunzar Jungle and speak with Atira X'aphon inside the City of Jinisk.
