As a citzen of Qeynos, i was able to invis/uninvis right to her and turn in the quest with no problem. Does not require you to be a citizen of Freeport.

Yup, none of the Commonlands are, but some may require guard dodging at lower levels. :) My Qeynos main ran through these as well! ;)

Both Borderland Bounties still drop, found them at the Turmoil Cemetary.

I did the entire quest and I invised all the way to Captain Vrondell no problem. I uninvised, targeted her and hailed her and I get no response at all. So I think if you are not on freeport faction you cannot complete this quest.

Anybody know if a qeynos character can complete the turn in - seems unlikely - but I'm going to try?

By the way the dropped item says cutthroats - but the quest doesn't specify.

Any dervish will do - including the 'named' ones which don't have dervish in their name - I've just done it and 2 nameds counted.

Now to turn it in .....

This quest does not specify Dervish Cutthroats, if tells you to kill Dervs. Any Derv will do.

It's 20 red sashes that are required. Kill 20 cutthroats and you've got your twenty sashes

I got this quest, it asks for 20 items that cutthroats drop. Sashes or bandana looking things. I don't member exacly.
