Reward for completing the quest Frazykyr. It is a 25% movement speed mount.

Can be changed into a house item called Gorowyn Destrier by examining the whistle.

	In regards to players who completed these quests in the past, Kaitheel said, "I understand your frustration over the inability to go back and get these mounts. I've got some good news for you! As of GU58, The Gorowyn Destrier, New Halasian Courser, Kelethin Courser, and Neriak Destrier will be able to be purchased from city mount merchants by anyone who has already completed the quests which now reward them."
