Talk to Lerenth just inside the room.
Speak to The Forgotten.
Speak to Lerenth again. Watch what happens! The quest will auto-complete when it's over.

Speak to The Forgotten before leaving this room to begin the next quest.

After we cleaned up the rioting Dreadnaughts in the Sprawl, Lerenth was summoned to meet with a member of the Lucanic Knights. He asked me to join him at the meeting, which is being held in a back room in the Temple of War.

Stage 1

I should meet Lerenth in the back room of the Temple of War. The entrance to this room is the farthest door in the hallway behind the pulpit.

After some coaxing, I convinced Lerenth to participate in a ceremony that transformed him into a Wraithguard. The process involved a sacrifice, leading to the death of the troll behind the Dreadnaught riots, Modoc.
