Some Dreadnaughts are rioting in the Sprawl. Lerenth has asked me to come with him to put down the uprising. He doesn't know or care why the Dreadnaughts are out of line. What matters is that the city has enjoyed a delicate stability since Lucan's return, and it is in Freeport's best interests to avoid another civil war.

Stage 1

I should put down the rioting Dreadnaughts in the Sprawl. The rioters have taken over the northwestern corner of the Sprawl. I can reach the Sprawl by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.

Start:	Defeat rioting Dreadnaughts
Complete:	I defeated rioting Dreadnaughts.

Start:	Capture the leader of the riots
Complete:	I captured the leader of the riots.

I defeated the rioting Dreadnaughts and helped to capture their leader.

Stage 2

I should speak to Lerenth in the Sprawl and report my success. He was standing east of the rioting Dreadnaughts, on the far northern side of the Sprawl. I can reach the Sprawl by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.

Complete:	I spoke to Lerenth.

I spoke to Lerenth. He really enjoys his work.

I helped Lerenth put down the uprising by killing off the rioting Dreadnaughts and capturing their leader, Modoc. In a strange twist of fate, it seems the Dreadnaughts were rioting because they felt they had been mistreated by the Militia. Their leader claimed that someone named Skalmos would "make the Militia pay" for these transgressions.

Speak to Lerenth at 124, -16, 122 outside The Freeport Militia House in The City of Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to The Sprawl by using the bell at 243, -4, -46 . Lerenth will be found just inside the zone; you can hail him to turn him into a level-scaled ^ follower that will assist you in combat.

Kill 15 Dreadnaughts. This will be rioting thugs and rioting brutes that are triggered spawns that scale to your level.

Capture the riot leader. This is Modoc the Fist at 58, -3, -21 .

Kill both of his hounds and he will surrender. While the hounds are alive Modoc will regenerate most of the damage he takes.

Speak to Lerenth at -46, -4, -45 in The Sprawl to complete the quest.
