Speak to Corporal Sergius Mordanticus at 133, -20, 84 outside the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to Scale Yard: Traitors' End. This is in South Freeport at -64, -25, 284 .
Kill 8 prison escapees, found scattered around the dock side of the zone. They're usually hiding behind pillars, crates or in the water.
Repair 3 broken prison barricades. These are broken planks on the ground around 42, -4, -14 . Click on them to repair them.
Return to Corporal Sergius to complete the quest.

Scale Yard, a previous living district in Freeport, has been turned into a make-shift prison. Corporal Sergius Mordanticus, of the Freeport Militia, tasked me with catching escapees, and repairing broken barriers within the region.

Stage 1

I must stop the prison escapees, and repair broken barricades within Scale Yard: Traitors' End.
