Speak to Corporal Sergius Mordanticus at 133, -20, 84 outside the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors. This is in North Freeport at -7, -18, -327 .
Kill 6 of any type of Erudite.
Deliver 6 weapons to the Kerrans. Click on green shinies to do so:

11, 0, -23
-4, -4, -26
5, -6, 11
-47, -4, -38
-42, 0, -62
-56, 0, 2

Return to Corporal Sergius to complete the quest.

Corporal Sergius Mordanticus, of the Freeport Militia, tasked me with making a covert delivery of weapons for the Kerrans, and with disposing of some Erudites within Stonestair Byway. It seems that the Militia could profit from the ensuing violence within the little section of Freeport.

Stage 1

I am to arm the Kerrans with weapons and dispose of some Erudites within Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors.
