I was able to get Raja to spawn by pulling all the groups at once and killing them simultaneously. He spawned immediately after the last mob was dead. Not sure if I just got lucky, though.

I had the same trouble with getting Raja to spawn, Suneeta. Get a friend to help you out. It seems that you have to kill the parched lunatics / prophets fast. I tried saving one from each group and AOEing them quick at the end, but that doesn't work. Kinda like the weedlings in Silent City in the Peacock line, IIRC. Frustating for the DPH classes like priests. (That's Damage Per Hour in case you're wondering. ;)

Camped Raja the Sunwalker more than 4 hours, killing a lot of times all 4 groups of parched guys together, but the Named wont spawn. Any idea what to do ?

Myself (66 guardian), 56 inquisitor and 55 sk tried to do this and the prophets/lunatics grps were respawning very fast - could not get them all gone before one would repop. I later soloed it by killing 3 of 4 in a grp and then going to next grp. This was done until I had 1 person from each of the 4 grps left. I then took each one to the red but did not kill until all 4 were that way. I then aoe'd, killed all 4 (thus killing all 4 grps) and raja immediately spawned. This is the only way I was able to prevent respawn of a grp.

can't get any response out of Dukaris except "Greetings, friend. Let me know if you see any opportunities for a hero to champion these people" ... only option is "I'll keep you in mind"

Camped this guy killing all the parched groups over and over about 3 hours computer crashed went to bed woke up about 5 hours later logged on and blam he was spawned. so i dont know if the parched lun/prop are ph or if there is a timer on this guy.

make sure you're killing the parched guys not the regular lunatics/phophets. i went in cleared the 4 or 5 grps all clumped together and raja immediately spawned.

The oracle is up a climbable wall at the specified loc, and she also sends you to kill 30 mad prophets and bring their tongues...

You need to finish Dukaris, Hero of the People quest before Dukarem will give this quest out.

I met Dukarem, Caliph of the Blades. He seems eager to have me take an offering to the Oracle of Embre'sha out in the Pillars of Flame. What is it he seeks to know? I should do what he asks. It's probably best to get on the good side of a caliph in a city like this.
I found the Oracle but she will not prophesy until the heathens in the land are silenced.
I silenced the mad prophets and took their tongues as proof for the Oracle.
I gave the tongues to the Oracle and received Dukarem's prophecy.
I told Dukarem of the words that the Oracle spoke.
I eliminated all of the Blade guard captains that Dukarem suspected of corruption.
I reported back to Dukarem.I brought back a prophecy to Dukarem that stated "the seeds that have been sown will be your undoing." Dukarem then asked me to slay five of his captains that he was convinced were corrupted and turned against him. I'm not so sure this was the case... Maybe I should speak with him again tomorrow.
Stage 1
I need to find the Oracle of Embre'sha out in the Pillars of Flame and give her Dukarem's offering. Dukarem said she is living at the top of one of the stone pillars that tower over the land.| Start: | I need to deliver this offering to the Oracle in the Pillars of Flame. |

This is one of several quests given by Dukarem, Caliph of the Blades in the Court of the Blades (upstairs).
He will first ask you to visit the Oracle of Embresha in the Pillars of Flame. He can be found by climbing up a wall at 440, -93, -605 .
The Oracle will send you to kill Desert Prophets, Desert Lunatics and Raja the Sunspeaker in the Pillars of Flame ( 770, -114, -890 ) . Raja spawns when you clear the Parched Desert Lunatics/Prophets. Kill them and return to the Oracle.
The Oracle will send you back to Dukarem at the Court of the Blades. Dukarem then asks you to slay 5 captains and bring their heads to him:
- Captain Yuleed in Maj'dul ( -29, 177, -88 )
- Captain Fayiz in Maj'dul ( -232, 161, -147 )
- Captain Amruq in Sinking Sands at the docks ( -1444, -225, -371 )
- Captain Faaman in Sinking Sands ( -870, -129, -287 )
- Captain Ihmin in Pillars of Flame ( 323, -85, -763 ) (near the Deer Pond)
Kill them and bring their heads to Dukarem for your reward.
