I agree with Ioto! Updates are way to ucommon.
As a 53 warlock I have solo'd about 50 of these sirens so far and I'm still only at 6/9 on the sirens.
I would say its about 1/8 - 1/10 that updates, you do the math! So far I've spend 2-3 hours alone soloing those sirens so a word of advice: Bring a group and just clean the whole island over and over. Doing this solo is possible at low 50's, but a pain in the pantaloons.

This quest is given by Isdala, Princess of Truth in the Court of Truth. You must:
- Gather 5 strands of Dune Spiderling silk in the Sinking Sands
- Gather 7 silver lined shark gills from sharks in the Sinking Sands
- Gather 9 golden siren locks of hair from Coastal Callers at the island near the docks in Sinking Sands ( -1800, -222, -303 )
- Gather 21 pristine caimen teeth from caimen and crocodiles in the Sinking Sands.
After this you must bring these supplies to Isdala who will ask you to speak to Ayala in the Court of Truth.
Ayala will send you to speak to Zabah, who is located outside of the Court of the Blades ( 12, 149, 118 ) . After this you can return to Isdala for your choice of rewards.
