For god knows what reason, Blisterzonk wants a void beast.

So, head back to -77.99, -129.64, 338.04 and find him one. He has given you the "Sootfoot Bitey-Belt", so make sure it's on your hotbar.

You should see "a stunned void attacker". It will be an NPC, and thus non-aggro. Use the leash on it and take it back to Blisterzonk. When you get there, it will suddenly aggro you (becoming a raging void attacker), so kill it.

Speak to Blisterzonk to complete the quest.

While helping Blisterzonk, a member of the Sootfoot Talent Society, I found that the Void have started to appear and affect the volcanic island of Lavastorm! The Sootfoot goblin clan are scared and trying, in their bizarre way, to protect themselves from becoming void-touched.

Stage 1

Blisterzonk wants to see a Void attacker for himself. I must leash one of them using the bitey-belt he provided and return to him with it in tow.

Start:	I must leash one of the stunned Void attackers within the halls that lead between Najena's Valley and Najena's Cove and return to Blisterzonk with it.
Complete:	I led a stunned Void attacker to Blisterzonk's tent!

Stage 2

I should speak to Blisterzonk now that I have killed the Void attacker that he wanted to see.

Start:	I should speak to Blisterzonk at the Sootfoot Talent Society tent near Fennin's Pass in Lavastorm.
Complete:	I spoke with Blisterzonk.

I returned to Blisterzonk with a Void attacker in tow but I was forced to defend myself and kill it.

Blisterzonk, a member of the Sootfoot Talent Society, was convinced that being void-touched is much different from being poisoned by a snake, and is no longer trying to create an "anti-syrup".
