This is fairly easy. Head to -957.67, 476.46, 355.62 and click the 4 mounds of mud there.
Next, head to -981.70, 479.78, 375.01 and click the 3 mounds of mud at that location.
Next, head to -989, 480, 370 and click the 3 mounds of mud at that location.
Finally, return to Felidael to complete the quest.

Note: Felidael will have no more quests for you. Speak with Pantheera nearby for more.
