The note above "you can harvest whilst wearing the disguise" is misleading. You can harvest the case but be warned, if you do general harvesting it removes the disguise allowing the Drachnids to see you.

Enter the Den of the Widow Mistress and retrieve the mission case of the last agent. Charleston has made you a clockwork drachnid suit that should keep you safe....

The unfortunate agent

Activate your disguise from the charm slot. Inspect the corpses in the cave to find the last agent and his case. The one that updates the quest is at 423, 32, 345 .

Note: Be sure to pick up Lore and Legend: Drachnid while you're in there. This is in the southernmost chamber, on the west wall.

Charleston Gnomegomery wants me to enter the Den of the Widow Mistress and retrieve the mission case of the agent that went missing a few weeks ago. In order to facilitate such a dangerous mission, Charleston Gnomegomery has built a clockwork drachnid suit that should keep me safe while inside the cave. If I lose my suit, I will have to return to Charleston Gnomegomery to get another.

Stage 1

I need the mission case of the missing agent.

Start:	I need to retrieve the mission case of the agent somewhere within the Den of the Widow Mistress.
Complete:	I have retrieved the mission case.

Start:	I need to return to Charleston Gnomegomery.
Complete:	I have spoken with Charleston Gnomegomery.

I have the mission case.

I found the mission case of the missing agent and brought it back to Charles Gnomegomery.
