Apparently Blisterzonk wants you to go and help other Sootfoot Talent Society members. He claims they are near the Goblet of Ro.

However, I found them in The Wounds near -651.17, -66.50, -126.95 . Hail either Smapty or Kipukas to finish the quest.

Both Smapty and Kipukas have further quests for you.
