This quest is only available to Ratongas.

Speak to Sneel Valiyn at -21, -9, -90 outside the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport to begin this quest.

Find sick citizens in North Freeport:

-112, -8, -129 outside the Temple of War
-84, -21, -70 inside the Jade Tiger's Den
-20, -19, -274 outside the Tier 2 guild hall

Return to Sneel.
Search for ratonga behaving strangely in South Freeport. This is a group of crazed ratongas at -5, -8, 151 , near the Tier 1 guild hall. Kill them.
Click on the door on the wall at -5, -8, 148 to enter the Hideout of the Roekillik.
Kill the roekillik infiltrators inside.
Return to Sneel in Freeport to complete the quest.

While I was gone, Sneel heard about a few citizens of Freeport who seem to have fallen incurably ill. This doesn't bode well, and he has asked that I investigate to see what might be wrong. With all that has happened lately, I should be on my guard.

Stage 1

I should follow Sneel's warning, and see if I can find any of these sickened citizens. I'll search through the city and see what I can find.

Start:	Search for a sickened citizen in one of the taverns.
Complete:

Start:	There's likely a sickened citizen near the Temple of War
Complete:

Start:	Perhaps there is a sickened citizen dying alone in the streets of the city.
Complete:

I found a few of the sickened citizens, and the news I have for Sneel does not appear to be good.

Stage 2

I should return to Sneel, and inform him of what I found.

Start:	Return to Sneel in Freeport with the news.
Complete:

Start:	Search for the strangely acting ratonga in Freeport.

Start:	I should investigate the door that the ratonga were standing close to.

It seems that the roekillik have already infiltrated Freeport. Hopefully, our warning will not fall on deaf ears.

That was frighteningly close - the roekillik HAD broken into Freeport, and were beginning to unleash their own diabolical plans. It might not have been the Dark Agenda, but it's clear they are testing the civilized races of Norrath. Hopefully our evidence will convince the Overlord of the seriousness of this situation - if not, I doubt any of the ratonga will remain in Freeport, and the citizens will find themselves facing the Roekillik without us.
