Collect the supplies near Oolioomon - they're in a crate on the floor right next to him.
Go to Moonfield Hamlet.

Go to the Toxxulla Forest launchpad, where a Temporal pathfinder can transport you to The Stonebrunt Highlands.
Once there, a Temporal guide can get you to Moonfield Hamlet.

Find the supply depot near the banker and deposit the supplies.

Click on the container at 213.06,414.60,1258.83 and the quest will automatically complete.

This quest is the Wednesday task for the Craftkeeper's daily tradeskill missions, and can be repeated every Wednesday.

The supplies destined for Moonfield Hamlet can be collected from beside Oolioomon in Paineel Commons.

Start:	I should collect the supplies for delivery from Paineel Commons.

Stage 2

Moonfield Hamlet is located in the Stonebrunt Highlands. I should be able to reach the highlands via transport from the Toxxulia Forest launch pad.

Start:	I should deliver these supplies to Moonfield Hamlet. The depot should be near the banker.
Complete:	I delivered the supplies to Moonfield Hamlet.
