You receive this quest after completing the Taer Felwind quest on the Isle of Awakening in Barren Sky.

Taer Felwind asks you to collect these items, all fairly common drops from the listed creature on the Isle of Awakening:

1. A miniscule tail spike from a thornspine devourer.
2. An undamaged frigithermeosis gland from a drifting cloudmist.
3. An undamaged pit sensor organ from a stonescale rumbler.

Taer gives you roughly 10gp for your efforts and the next quest, Reunion.
