Sergeant Daimyo has assigned me to patrol the area outside of Longshadow Alley. I am to keep my eye out for some hoodlums causing trouble and teach them a lesson.

Stage 1

I am to patrol the City of Freeport just outside the entrance to Longshadow Alley and eliminate street toughs causing trouble.

I am to patrol the City of Freeport just outside the entrance to Longshadow Alley and eliminate street toughs causing trouble.

Start:	I should keep my eye out for any more street toughs.

Stage 3

I have completed my patrol. I should report to Sergeant Daimyo.

Speak to Sergeant Daimyo in East Freeport inside the shop at -126, -38, 0 to begin this quest.

Head to the very northern end of the city near the Longshadow Alley gates.
Find two street toughs and hail them to make them attackable. Known locations are -101, -33, -329 and -56, -20, -326 .
Return to Sergeant Daimyo and he will give you the next quest.

Note: This quest scales, but does not take your mentored / chronomaged level into account. The thugs will be even cons to your actual level.
