I have been given four listenomitrons to place in strategic locations throughout Freeport. Once placed, the magical listening devices will be able to pass along important information to the Qeynosian revolutionaries.
I have placed all of the Listenomitrons.
I have spoken with Izzay Meestere, the squire.I have placed all of the listenomitrons for the Qeynosians.

A Listenomitron
- You receive 4 Listenomitrons to place at strategic locations around Freeport. The places are marked on your map.
- Place one in the Freeport Registrar (East Freeport) at -112, -37, 42 .
- Place one on the third floor of the Militia Guard House (West Freeport) at 155, 1, 123
- Place one on the upper level of The Academy Of Arcane Science (North Freeport) on a table at -1, 7, -121 .
- Place one on the docks in South Freeport at -285, -58, 142 .
- Speak to Izzay Meestere at -118, -21, -69 inside The Jade Tiger's Den in North Freeport to complete the quest.

All i hear in freeport west from the voice modulator are the mage from concordium all around the zone. Never found the commandant dominicus.

After completing "Listening in for Qeynos" and "Timing the Night Shift", Izzay sends you to Mehina at the Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport. After speaking with Mehina and answering "I'm scheduling a tour of famous Freeport homes and want to include your home on the schedule, you will get the quest "Resetting the Militia" in which the "Qeynosians want me to steal the Freeport Militia's shift schedule, have a new schedule forged from it and replace it on the board in the Militia house."
1. Get the schedule from the second floor of the Militia House on the southeast wall as you go up to the third floor. You must do this at night. 149.13, -7.05, 139.79
2. Take the schedule to Juturna Postumus in Longshadow Alley. Juturna is the first door to the left (south) coming from the dock. -45.18, -3, -39.25
3. Replace the forged schedule you received from Juturna at the Militia House.
4. Go tell Mehina in East Freeport at Seafarer's Roost when you have replace the schedule. She will send you to have a drink with someone (Izzay) at the Bloodhaze Inn in West Freeport.
You speak with Izzay about schedule changes and eventually he will tell you that you will need to go the Militia House and give you the quest "Destroy the Weapons Cache."
Also at this point and pop-up box will appear MESSAGE IMPORTANT. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE YOU WILL BECOME AN EXI8LE, MEANING NEITHER FREEPORT OR QEYNOS WILL BE YOUR HOME OR FRIENDLY TO YOU. YOU SHOULD CLEAR OUT YOUR INN ROOM, AS YOU WILL HAVE TO SNEAK INTO THE CITY TO DO SO AFTER THIS POINT. AT THE FINISH OF BETRAYAL ALL OF YOUR CURRENT SPELLS AND/OR COMBAT ARTS WILL BE REPLACED WITH APPRENTICE I SPELLS OR ARTS FOR YOUR NEW CLASS. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY UPGRADES MADE TO YOUR PREVIOUS ABILITIES. THERE IS NO GOING BACK ONCE YOUR HAVE MADE THIS DECISION.
If you choose to continue, you are told "Betraying your city is not a decision to take lightly. At the completion of betrayal ALL of your spells and combat arts will be set to Apprentice I, no matter your level or class. Once this quest is accepted and completed there is no turning back. Type your character's first name to be offered this quest."
At this point you receive "Destroy the Weapons Cache" quest. Izzay tells you to go get all your stuff from your bank and home and asks if you are ready. When you click on "I'm ready" you are transported to an instance zone of the Militia House. The mob levels in the zone will be set according to your level.
1. You need to get a key from Commandant Bloodsole on the second floor.
2. Pick up the explosive devise by Squire Chandra on first floor. You will then need to clear the second and third floor so you can place the devise on the third floor south balcony and activate the devise. -154.75, 65, 134.06
3. Free the prisoners in the holding cells. Clear the mobs and open the doors of the prisoners.
4. Get a second explosive devise and place in the cell with the weapons cache and activate it.
When you come back to first floor to leave, you will be accosted by the Freeport Militia and awake in the Haven.

The next step is to go to the bulletin board in the Militia House and click on the borad (on first floor up, co-ords 149.5, -7, 140).
Then go to Juturna (in Longshadow? Mehinda will tell you! co-ords -44, -39) and she will provide a forgery. Go back to the board in the Militia House and post the forgery.
Next, back to Mehinda, who will talk about "Shay" in the Blood Haze bar in West Freeport. Never met Shay, but Izzay was there.
IMPORTANT!!! Do NOT accept the next step from Izzay until you have set your affairs in order. Dispose of your house, furniture and broker's goods, etc. I think you also need to clean out your bank account and slots, but I am not sure of this. You should also make sure you are stocked up on food and drink, and your armour is in good repair. If you get killed at any step in the next part of the mission, you are not re-set to the beginning, but to the part of the quest you failed. Go back to Izzay to re-enter the zone; not lock-out timer. If you get killed a few times, take the time to repair your armour.
When you accept Izzay's next step, you will be immediately transported to a solo istance identical to the Militia House, except for the mobs. Totem of chameleon works through this instance, but there is one time when you have to cancel; to kill the Commandant.
First mission is to kill the Commandant. He is on the second floor, most easily accessible if you go up the right-hand stair flight. Be ready to fight a mob on the stairs if you are unlucky. Should not have a problem if you are alert, and move in patient steps. Keep to the left-hand wall, and pull him into the stair well if possible.
Then go back downstairs and click on the contraption between the two squires. This arms you with the first bomb.
From here, everything can be done in sneak, or using a chameleon totem.
The first bomb has to be placed in the second level up. Climb the stairs, and continue around the rooms clockwise untill you get to the second mezzanine. The bomb may be placed at co-ords 154, 0.5, 135. It then has to be clicked again and exploded.
Next step is to free the prisoners in the basement. Go down the stairs from the ground floor (through doors on right end of hall as you enter), sneak past the mobs, and free the prisoners from five of the six cells by clicking on the doors.
Go back to the squires and collect the second bomb. This has to be placed in the sixth cell (just like the prisoners' cells, but full of swords, etc). Place and explode this and go up to the ground floor. This will be full of mobs, but I was teleported to the haven without having to fight them. A future commenter might tell what happens if you have to fight. (Head for the door?)

Additional note for "Timing the Night Shift", the eavesdropping HAS to be done at night. The NPC's will not appear until well after dark.

Apparently you can speak to a number of NPC in various Freeport cities and suburbs. I spoke with Izzay Meestere at the Blood Haze Inn bar in West Freeport. The first quest is "Listening in for Qeynos".
After completing "Listening in for Qeynos," the "Timing the Night Shift" quest is to find out the schedules of the Freeport Militia guards and location of the armory. You get a listening devise (voice modulator) in your bag which you can click on to listen to various NPCs.
If you are not in the right spot, a message will tell you that your will get permanent hearing loss if you use the hearing devise; or if you are too close to the NPC, you will be told to "Move along, citizen"; or if you are in a correct spot the message will read, " I should be able to use my voice modulator to overhear the guards without being caught."
First NPC is Commandant Dominicus outside of the Militia House. I listened in at the south side of the Militia House @ 117.31, -16.02, 140.65
Second NPC is Commandant Arkadios to the north of the Coalition of Tradesfolke. I listened in by the tree @ 50.07,-19.81, 65.16
Third NPC is Man-at-Arms Faustus to the south of the Commonlands gate. I listened in by the tree @ 248.23, -3.52, -63.95

Not sure if there is multiple NPCs that give this or if your NPC name is incorrect but you can obtain this quest in Longshadow Alley from Juturna Postumus inside a small room just after the docks (-43.01,-3.00,-38.29)
