You must head to a Maj'Dul Residence and retrieve a stolen spellbook. There are many of these residences, but one is at -159,138,109 .
You find the spellbook by examining various objects inside this instanced zone. It is reported that the spellbook is frequently found behind a tapestry.
After you get the spellbook, a Maj'Dul Homeowner will spawn, who scales up to your level. Kill him and then return to the Tears Grifter.
The reward is 5-7 coins from the court of your choice. These can be turned in to opposing court consul's inside The Tower of the Moon for faction.
