This quest scales to level.

Speak to Kella Swampfoot during City Festivals about picking up supplies
Head to Isle of Mara (The Village of Shin) and speak to Gantrin Hammerstein on the docks.
Find the supplies! They all can be found around the docks. Known locations:

Barrel: -72,-3,129 , -17,-2,96 , or -41, -2, 81
Pile of sacks: -55,-3,90 , -19,-2,95 or -25,-2,101
Roll of fabric: -45,-3,99 , -81,-3,110 or -77,-2,103
Basket: -51,-3,131 , -38,-3,147 or -54,-2,74
Crate: -54,-3,94 , -54,-2,133 or -37,-2,104

Return to Kella for your reward.

	City Festivals Occur monthly from the 1st through the 7th and rotate through the major cities of Norrath. The November City Festival is in Freeport!

Kella Swampfoot, the Far Seas Trading Company quartermaster responsible for keeping the festival supplies in stock, is in need of my assistance.

Stage 1

I need to travel to the Isle of Mara and speak to the festival coordinator near the docks.

Start:	I should speak to Gantrin Hammerstein about the supply delivery.
Complete:	I spoke to Gantrin Hammerstein about the deliveries.

I spoke to the festival coordinator in the Isle of Mara.

Stage 2

Gantrin explained that some racing pigs escaped, and the villagers helping him to assemble the festival goods dropped everything to catch them, resulting in containers scattered all over the Far Seas docks. I will need to search the docks on the east side of the river in order to find enough supplies to take back to the city festival.

I should return to Kella at the festival grounds with the goods I collected.

Start:	I will return to Kella Swampfoot with the supplies from the Isle of Mara.
Complete:	I assisted Kella Swampfoot in restocking the supplies for the Far Seas festival.
