I have acquired an odd medallion with urns engraved upon it. The explorer was after this for some reason and since he was searching for the Garden of Thalbinous, so am I.
I have found two tablets that the Medallion of Runes went to. The medallion helped me decode the tablets and plot my next move.
I have acquired six urns from Anuk' Sul chancellors in the Court of War.
I placed the chancellor urns at the foot of the Serpent of Rhoen' Fyr.
I have found a ceremonial weapons rack in the Court of War.
I have acquired enough consul and emissary scythes to fill the ceremonial rack.
I have filled the ceremonial weapons rack with the appropriate scythes and finally acquired the garden master rune. What can it belong to?I have acquired the Rune of Arbo, a rune said to be the garden master rune. I also noticed another journal of the explorer at the Bath of Blood. I need to read the journal and maybe find out how I can use this master rune and where.

This quest is initiated by examining the medallion you receive at the end of the Seal of the Sea quest and after completing the Confirming the Right Track quest. It is part of the Peacock Club Quest Series and requires that you have completed the previous ten plus quests.
- Inspect two tablets.
- One is on Sinking Sands entrance side at 84,30,494
- The other is on the Living Tombs entrance platform before you go down at 221,30,345
- Collect 6 urns from the Chancellors
- Place the urns at the base of the serpent altar ( +148, +7, +306 ).
- Examine the weapons rack near the Consulate of War's door ( +210, 0, +395 ).
- Collect 5 Scythes from emissaries of war and 3 Scythes from consuls of war.
- Place the scythes in the weapons rack
- Collect your reward at the rune box at the base of the temple, near the bath of blood.

If you have destroyed your medallion of urns you can get a new one from the mailbox next to the peacock club entrance. No need for a petition.

Even though the medallion is supposed to be marked NO DESTROY, I somehow deleted it. After filing a /petition today, I was given the medallion within 20 minutes.
Don't go nuts if you can't find it, and don't expect customer service to be worthless. :-)

Im doing peacock quests now, but i noticed that i already did offering for peace and have time for garden party in journal.
Does this mean i need to not do other quests just finish party one and wrapping it all up?

Ok , I was told of the missing link today. The quest between Hands of Stone and An Offering and Peace is: Confirming the Right Track. This quest is obtained by clicking the open book next to the western elevated pool at the center console of the main room as you enter the Silent City. Finish that quest and the option becomes available on the Medallion of Urns! W0000T!

Same thing, I examine the medalion and I do not get the option to start the quest. I wonder if you have to have access to the zone from living tombs? I only have back door access.

there must be either a level req. on this quest or a language...I have the peacock quest till this point, but when i examine the medallion nothing happens (I'm lvl53)

Clicking the rack again did the trick. Click once to place the scythes and update the quest and again to spawn the runebox. Thanks!

when I inspect the coin it says voices fill your head with a foreign tongue. I take it you need to know some language anyone know which language?

3 days of poking around and I can't find the runebox for the final update. Checking mainly around the square pool where Warclaw spawns. Does it have some kind of respawn?

If the rune of arbo for the last step doesn't appear for you, try clicking the weapon rack again. I was camping it for a long time before I realized that you have to click the rack again to make it spawn.

After this you need to kill 6 Chancellor mobs to collect there urns. The mobs must be the Anuk' Sal Chancellors to get the updates.
You then the serpent alter at loc. +148, +7, +306 for an update.
You then need to find a ceremonial weapon location at: +210, 0, +395 a round weapon rack.
You then need to hunt 3 Consuls of War for more updates and 5 Emmisaries of War.
Then go back and fill the ceremonial weapons rack again.
You then can go claim your quest reqard from the rune box at the base of teh temple, near teh bath of Blood.

3. Put urns at base of snake
4. weapons rack over by the cunsol's of war door
5. Get 5 emissary's sycthys and 3 consul syths
6. Put weapons in rack
7. Get rune from bath (thing in center of the court, not a group update)
rewards are choice of 5 items - ill link later im waiting for my pop
