Boppit, the Synod Reet oracle in Kunzar Jungle is helping the rebellion against Venril and the enslavement of the Reet in Sebilis by providing the secret Reet Scouts inside the city with hidden message carriers. He can make the message carriers out of the charms of Venril that are made of deklium.
Stage 1
Oracle Boppit found that he can transmute the charms of Venril forged from deklium into crude communication tools for the Reets inside Sebilis.
