Housing zone for players who claims a Skyblade Skiff deed of ownership. This prestige house connects to either South Freeport or South Qeynos.
Jumping out of the skiff will eventually exit you from the house into a (mostly safe spot of) random zone! Frequent ones are Tenebrous Tangle and Sinking Sands, but even zones such as Veeshan's Peak have been reportedly landed in.
