This quest is given by Jacques near the Antonica gates after returning to him when you complete the Blumble Blunder quest.

You must find Tish Tickers on the top floor of Qeynos Tower 3 at -228,9,33 .

She will refuse to give you the receipt you need for Jacques until you do something for you, and gives you the sub-quest, A Scrying Shame.

Complete her sub-quest and take her receipt back to Jacques to get paid.

As part of my new duties in helping to deliver the mail, Jacques has given me a letter to deliver to a gnome in the Thundering Steppes named Tish Tickers.

Stage 1

Jacques has given me more mail to deliver, this time to a gnome named Tish Tickers by the third guard tower.

Start:	I need to take this letter to Tish Tickers who resides in a watch tower in The Thundering Steppes.
Complete:	I have found Tish and given her the mail.

I have delivered the mail to Tish Tickers, but she will not give me the return mail until I have helped her.

Stage 2

Tish can't give me the return mail until I help her gather the things she needs.

Start:	To get the return mail from Tish I need to help her out.
Complete:	I helped Tish and she gave me the return mail.

I helped Tish gather the things she needed.

Stage 3

Now that I have the return mail from Tish Tickers, I need to take it to Jacques.

Start:	Now that I have the return mail from Tish, I should take it to Jacques in The Thundering Steppes.
Complete:	I have given the return mail to Jacques in The Thundering Steppes.

I took the mail Tish gave me to Jacques.

I have completed my second job for Jacques by delivering a letter to Tish Tickers. I wonder if she'll manage to stay out of debt now...
