for any mages thinking of doing this quest to twink one of the items above, sorry to inform you that for mages the rewards are one of the following
Celestial Scepter, Celestial Staff, or Moonsteel Dirk, also the reward is a No-Traid item, sorry all.

Every node in the crater as a kobold standing on it,and all kobolds in craters are heroic, so there is no way to solo this one at or near the level. Gotta have a group to clear the mobs.

The ore is labeled as "Luclinite Ore" one per harvest within the crater. There are a limited number of nodes so it make take a few minutes to gather all 12.

Brom Knotwood's clockwork assistant has broken down on him and he needs more Luclinite Ore. He has asked you to gather 12 pieces of the ore for him from the Grikbar crater on the southwest side of the Steamfont Mountains.

Stage 1

Gather up 12 Luclinite Ore rocks for Brom Knotwood at Gnomeland Security.

Start:	Dig up 12 pieces of Luclinite Ore. They are found in the Grikbar Crater in the southwest area of Steamfont.
Complete:	I have acquired 12 Luclinite Ore rocks.

I have found all the Luclinite Ore needed by Brom Knotwood.

Stage 2

Return to Brom Knotwood with the 12 pieces of Luclinite Ore.

Start:	Return to Brom Knotwood.
Complete:	Returned to Brom Knotwood.

I have returned to Brom Knotwood with the Luclinite Ore.

I have successfully acquired 12 of the Luclinite Ore Brom Knotwood requested and returned to him successfully with it. His clockwork is still out of commission unfortunately.

Brom Knotwood's clockwork pet has broken down and he needs more luclinite ore to fix it. Travel to the Grikbar crater on the west side of the Steamfont Mountains and collect 12 pieces of luclinite ore so that he may fix his clockwork pet.

The ore is in the Grikbar crater ( -154.00, 38.00, 1195.76 ) and almost always has an heroic Grikbar sitting right on it, so we have tagged this quest Heroic. The ore is labeled as "Luclinite Ore" one per harvest within the crater. There are a limited number of nodes so it make take a few minutes to gather all 12.

Gather 12 ores and return to Brom.

Rewards vary by class.
