reduces faction with the Tribunal. It's preferable to just let them both live, no rewards for killing them anyway.

My riddle was:-

Very well. Griffons fly between two towns. Every hour at precisely five minutes past, a griffon leaves each town and flies towards the other town. They all fly at the same speed and each journey takes five hours. Three of the griffons that fly this route have blue wings. Only one has red wings. How many other griffons will you see when riding a griffon from one town to the next?

Choices are 5, 9, 7, 11, 13, 15. Its not 7 btw.

The nobleman was standing there looking at the exit as i passed and when i hailed him he said "Surely i have proven my worth".

How it works out to be 11: (The statements about the wing colors are irrelevant; the question is how many "other" griffons (meaning "other than your own" will you see.)

Let's say you leave at 12:05 pm -- you see the griffon that left the other town at 7:05 am. (1)
At 12:35 pm, you will see the griffon that left at 8:05 am. There isn't an hour between because you are traveling, too. (2)
At 1:05 pm, you see the 9:05 am griffon. (3) At 1:35 pm, the 10:05 am griffon (4) At 2:05 pm, the 11:05 am griffon. (5)
At 2:35 pm, you see the 12:05 pm griffon; you are halfway to your destination... and so is the other griffon. (6)
At 3:05 pm, you see the 1:05 pm griffon. (7) At 3:35 pm, you see the 2:05 pm griffon. (8) At 4:05 pm, the 3:05 pm griffon. (9)
At 4:35 pm, you see the 4:05 pm griffon. (10) And, as you arrive at your destination at 5:05 pm, you see the griffon that is departing at 5:05 pm. (11)

There you go.

I don't get it - based on the "wing color" info, aren't there just 4 griffins total, including mine?
If so, if I leave town A first and others are flying from A to B as well, I won't see any.
If all others leave from B, I will see max of 3.

This is the fourth quest for The Tribunal.

Justinian Theo sends you to Everfrost to work with Kaira L'or again to open The Vestibule of Righteousness. From zone in, swim to the shore, head up Bitterwind Trench, go right at Jagged Plains, thru Icespire Caverns. Kaira is at the end of it, at -167, 45, -678 . Kaira is injured and dies when you speak to her, she warns you how strong The Guardian is.

Enter the Vestibule by clicking the boulder where Kaira was. Mobs inside are Vestibule defenders (may be non-aggro if you've never gained their hate by killing any of the winged maidens outside), frosty pests, and frosted bubbles. Mobs range from L60-63 (for a L72) There are three clear globes which are the Sacred Vessels in the cave: one to the right, left, and behind The Guardian. Head forward across the bridge to The Guardian and speak to her. She gives you a puzzle to solve.

How many other griffons will you see when riding a griffon from one town to the next?

The correct answer is 11. If you choose the wrong one, you fight her and still gain access to the Vessels.

Once you get access, click the Vessel where The Guardian was. Then click the Vessel to the right (the one on the left as you came into the cavern), then click the last one on the right. The keys become the Gavel of Entry.

There's a path behind where The Guardian is that leads past two mobs and to a nobleman. You can hail him but he continues to use a pick at the wall while asking why hasn't he been noticed? I don't know what he's for, I think nothing happened because of being L72 and he was grey at L50.

Head back to Justinian Theo for your reward.

Justinian Theo asked me to work with Kaira L'or once again. She is in Everfrost and will be waiting for me to assist her as we work towards bringing the Tribunal back to Norrath.

Stage 1

Justinian asked me to go to Everfrost to help reopen the Vestibule of Righteousness.

Start:	I need to speak with Kaira L'or in Everfrost. She will guide me further.
Complete:	Though Kaira has perished, she provided me with the rune keys to use within the Vestibule of Righteousness.

Kaira L'or gave me the rune keys before she died.

Stage 2

I need to enter the Vestibule of Righteousness and combine these rune keys within the Sacred Vessel.

Start:	I need to locate and enter the Vestibule of Righteousness.
Complete:	I've entered the Vestibule of Righteousness.

I've entered the Vestibule and must now determine which of the orbs within is the Sacred Vessel.

Stage 3

Within the Vestibule of Righteousness, I will encounter the Guardian, who oversees the Sacred Vessels.

Start:	I must seek out the Guardian and obtain permission to use the Sacred Vessels. Hopefully, I won't meet the same fate as Kaira L'or!
Complete:	I've confronted the Guardian.

I may use the Sacred Vessels.

Stage 4

There are three Sacred Vessels in the Vestibule of Righteousness. I must use them to create the Gavel of Entry.

Start:	I'll need to use each of the Sacred Vessels to somehow activate the rune key.
Complete:	I've gotten two of the runes to activate.

Start:	I'll need to use a different Sacred Vessel to activate more runes on this key.
Complete:	I've gotten four of the runes on the key to activate.

Start:	I'll need to use the last Sacred Vessel to activate runes on this key.
Complete:	Success! I have the Gavel of Entry!

I've created the Gavel of Entry and will need to return now to Justinian Theo.

Stage 5

The Gavel of Entry does not grant instant access to the Sacred Temple of the Hammer. However, I cannot enter the Temple without it. Justinian Theo may know what I must do next.

Start:	Justinian Theo will be anxious to hear what I've learned.
Complete:	I've spoken with Justinian Theo.

I must learn to be patient and wait until the Tribunal is ready.

I've been able to complete the Gavel of Entry which will allow me to enter the Sacred Temple at last. Soon, the Tribunal will be able to return the balance of justice to our world!
