Cause there is no way it isn't unless there is someplace other than the Eastern Stinging Isle to get these guys. I tried as a 66 warden solo and yeah they kicked my rear. You have at least 3 naga's that are each 58-59ish^ then they have a friend who will be a 57ish^^^. The only reason I haven't deleted it is well the reward says it will be over 27 gold and a choice of armor for 55.

How is this quest not Heroic? Is there a place on the island where non-heroic Nagis are?

He will offer the quest to anyone, but the mobs you are asked to kill are all lvl 57-58 ... do the math to decide if this is a quest appropriate for a 41

My journal says this quest is level 59, but I was able to get it at 41.
