Travel to Ganak's Battlement in Jarsath Wastes and speak with Lieutenant Vakrisan Sakulvik. ( -170, -40, -77 )
He will send you to speak with Captain Delshirrs at the Danak docks. ( -272, -45, 1192 )

Speak with Captain Delshirrs.
Wait for the Captain to walk down the dock to the far ship and aggro the far seas crew.
Defeat the 4 linked 80^ fars seas crewmen.
Speak to Captain Delshirrs again.

Place the notices of Xuurk's announcement (look for a small clipboard):

Jarsath Wastes: Ganak's Battlement and place the notice on the front gate. ( -219, -42, -56 )
Kunzar Jungle: City of Jinisk and place the notice on the pillar in front of the broker. ( 634, 36, -125 )
Fens of Nathsar: Sathir's Span and place the notice at ( -149, -7, 1004 )

Return to Xuurk to complete The Path of Fear quest and receive The Triumph of Fear.

The last part of Xuurk's plan is nearly ready, but there is one more task to perform. Although I am not sure of all the details, I am to head to Ganak's Battlement in Jarsath Wastes to meet with a contact there.

Stage 1

I am to meet with Xuurk's contact in Ganak's Battlement.

Start:	I must seek out Xuurk's contact at Ganak's Battlement in Jarsath Wastes.
Complete:	I have spoken with Vakrisan Sakulvik, a guard at Ganak's Battlement. He has advised me to speak with Captain Delshirrs, who is usually out near the docks of Danak Harbor.

Start:	I should seek out Captain Delshirrs, who should be near the docks of Danak Harbor.
Complete:	I have spoken with the Captain, and she has asked that I help her secure a ship.

Start:	I must follow Captain Delshirrs to the ship.
Complete:	We fought with the ship's crew, and were able to defeat them.

Start:	I should speak with Captain Delshirr, now that the crew has been removed.
Complete:	I had to forceably remove the crew, but the ship is now under the command of the those loyal to Cazic-Thule.

I have secured a ship and crew for the Cazic-loyal army.

Stage 2

I should post the notices of Xuurk's announcement.

Start:	Xuurk would like me to post the messages of his intentions. I am to post a notice under the gate of Ganak's Battlement.
Complete:	I have posted the notice as requested.

Start:	Xuurk would like me to post the messages of his intentions. I am to post a notice on the bridge known as Sathir's Span.
Complete:	I have posted the notice as requested.

Start:	Xuurk would like me to post the messages of his intentions. I am to post a notice on the walls in the city of Jinisk.
Complete:	I have posted the notice as requested.

I have placed all of the notices.

Stage 3

I have secured transportation for Xuurk and his followers, and should return and inform him of my success.

Start:	I must return to the lost temple of Cazic-Thule, and inform Xuurk of my success.
Complete:	I have spoken with Xuurk.

I have completed the task that Xuurk had given to me.

Apparently Xuurk needs a ship for the next phase of his plan, and one has been secured. Now the army is preparing to leave, although the destination is unknown to me. Whatever Xuurk has planned, I am certain that I will be a part of it. I best prepare myself.
