The Final Domination of Phrotis  

This quest is part 4 of 4 for the Fabled version of the Conjuror-only Epic Weapon, Elemental Dominance.

Click the ice dervish on the table as you did to get the fabled weapon. Inside The Elemental Chamber, you will find Phrotis on the floor, at half hit-points. Simply click him, use your Query ability, followed by your Dominate.
