Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran, the supreme commander of the Freeport Militia, tasked me with investigating whether the plan to ignite the racial strife between the Kerrans and Erudites of Stonestair Byway has succeeded. It seems it was the first step in a bigger plan to replace their leaders with new ones, devoted to the Overlord.

Stage 1

Grand Duke Hazran listed several citizens that he wants me to speak with in Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors.

I was attacked by a group of Kerrans who saw that I was working both sides of this conflict.

Stage 3

I must take out the current Kerran and Erudite leadership within Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors, before the situation grows worse.

The Freeport Militia had a shrewd plan to replace the Kerran and Erudite leaders within Stonestair Byway with new ones, devoted to the Overlord. First, they had to ignite the racial strife between the two races. Then they needed the previous leaders to be removed. I proudly fulfilled both parts of this plan!

Speak to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran at 141, -7, 124 on the second floor of the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors. This is in North Freeport at -7, -18, -327 .

Speak to Adiva Kariyya at -7, -4, -84
Speak to Rasha Angorin at 51, -3, -76
Speak to Fateen Muhamin at 47, -4, -19
Speak to Nomala Pumarr at -77, -5, -32

Around 32, -4, -52 you'll be attacked by a group of stalking Kerrans.
Kill the Erudite leader, Ameer Ta'Reev, at -0.52, -4, -65 .
Kill the Kerran leader, Khalfani Tigirin, at -43, 1, -55 .
Return to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran to complete the quest.

You must be at least level 60+ to continue the Fighter series.
