I meet with Cassondra, a female centaur who was gifted with the knowledge to create the adornment for Stormsunder. She says she will gather the needed components but needs me to obtain one thing, the plumage from Windfeather.

Stage 1

I need to hunt Windfeather the rare hawk of the northwestern cliffs of Thundering Steppes.

Start:	I need to get Windfeather's plumage.
Complete:	I was able to get Windfeather's plumage.

Stage 2

I need to return Windfeather's plumage to Cassondra.

Start:	I need to return Windfeather's plumage to Cassondra.
Complete:	I received the adornment from Cassondra.

I received the adornment from Cassondra.

I was able to obtain the plumage from Windfeather and take it to Cassondra. She was able to get the other components and fashioned a great adornment for the reforming of Stormsunder.

This is a subquest of The Cove of Decay - Reforming Stormsunder.

Cassondra requires you to get Windfeather's plumage, this will require you to locate and kill him.

He spawns frequently and flies up and down the beach and the Northwest cliff.

Return to Cassondra to complete the quest.
