Varick is concerned about the reports of termites in the trees around Tupta. He has asked me to gather some possible ingredients to create a termite sterilization potion.

Stage 1

I need to return to the areas near the specialists I spoke to before, and obtain some of the local remedies.

Start:	I need to gather acrid frostberries from the Kylong Plains. Wyneta should be able to tell me where they are, if I can't find them.
Complete:	I gathered acrid frostberries.

Start:	I need to gather seedpods from the Karana's Promise plant near the waterline. James should be able to tell me where they are, if I can't find them.
Complete:	I obtained seedpods of Karana's Promise.

Start:	I need to gather bracket fungus mycelium from the Greater Faydark. Neela should be able to tell me where they are, if I can't find them.
Complete:	I gathered bracket fungus mycelium.

I obtained samples of the local termite remedies.

Stage 2

I need to report back to Varick on my success.

Start:	I need to return the samples to Varick.
Complete:	I have returned to Varick.

I have returned to Varick with the ingredient samples.

I obtained the ingredients for a termite sterilization potion.

Varick wants the items mentioned by the three woodworkers to try on the termites. You can find them near the NPC's you questioned in Part I.

acrid frostberries are near Teren's Grasp in Kylong Plains. (taking the druid ring to Kylong will put you right by them)
Karana's Promise plant is near the waterline in Zek (under the docks).
Bracket Fungus Mycelium is found in Tunare's Glade in Greater Faydark.

Harvest five of each and return to Varick.
