Now that the Theerian spy has been dealt with, I should return to Jaswinda at the Deepwater Pavilion.

Start:	Return to Jaswinda.
Complete:	I spoke with Jaswinda.

I discovered the Theerian spy posing as an analyst in Quel'ule. His superiors will find his report have come to an abrudt halt.

Use the Temporal Pathfinder and hop the various stations until you get to Quel'ule. Or if you have it use the Quel'ule Teleport Pebble.
The mob you want is "a Quel'ule analyst" located at -268.74, 359.44, 597.12
Hail him and he will turn aggro (level 88, solo mob). Kill him for your update.
Return to Jaswinda to complete the quest.
