Restocking the Supplies: Toxxilac  

You can find sufficient amounts of the flower Toxxilac on the main Temple Grounds island. They are magenta tipped and are often right beyond the main teleport pad headed towards the small river/waterfall. You can also find a hefty clump (about ten) at 193, 65, -85, which is also a Draconic Idol spot, at some small ruins surrounded by Twilight Gorg mobs. They are lvl 57/68 non heroic. When you get there you will find several you can harvest without drawing aggro, and then if you choose not to clear them out first, you will have to be a bit sneaky. Their pathing is on a rotation, so ultimatley they cut you off from harevesting. You can wait a few minutes, the respawn on the flowers is not long.

these quests r not broken, nor faction point related, they a repeat counter and cannot b done after that timer is reached

Must be a glitch. I can't find him either. He's disappeared. The collection basket quests are broken 2.

I found Surgeon Kweezil at 198, -238, 207

Recommended level seems a little high ... is it really 295? :P
