I have decided to aid the Lost Children of Marr in their efforts to keep their army well armed. Armorer Gunbog has told me that I can help him restock the war chests and support the war effort. I will gather blockers for Gunbog.

Stage 1

I need to restock the war chest of blockers with shields of the Scaleborn. A good source of such armor may be specific units of the Scaleborn.

Start:	Hunt Scaleborn warriors to collect shields for the war chest.
Complete:	I have seized a Scaleborn shields.

I have collected enough shields from the Scaleborn to restock the war chest of blockers back in the Hidden Refuge.

Stage 2

After restocking the chest I should go and report to Armorer Gunbog. He may have a reward for me.

Start:	Report to Armorer Gunbog.
Complete:	I reported to Armorer Gunbog.

I reported the restocking of the war chest to Armorer Gunbog and he has rewarded me for the deed.

I returned the blockers and was rewarded by Armorer Gunbog for my support in the war with the Scaleborn.

Does anyone have an idea what the spawn rate is for this NPC? Or what I need to do to get him to be "rescued"? Been trying to turn in this quest since last night and he's MIA

The NPC's for this line are often captured and taken hostage up in the treehouses around the river. Someone (read "a level-appropriate group" or kind higher level) needs to go rescue him.
