Rescue the Reverend  

You must rescue the Reverend Valac at -501, 27, -31 Copy behind the housing near the Palace). When you get there you will be attacked. After leaving your attacker a bloody pulp, hail the Reverend.

Note: If you dawdle in hailing the Reverend the quest will reset and you'll have to leave the area and come back to get attacked again.
