Far Seas Trading Company Merchant Examiner Quint has asked me to retrieve the Green Hood reports that are supposed to be tacked up in various hidden areas in the locations around Refuge, Blood Ore Valley, the Valley of Sacrifice and Spirit Valley. This will help him piece together the orc raiding mystery.
I have retrieved the Green Hood borderland reports from behind the stumps and trees.
I turned the borderland reports into Merchant Examiner Quint at the Green Hood outpostI retrieved all the Green Hood borderland reports in Refuge, Blood Ore Valley, the Valley of Sacrifice and Spirit Valley. I turned in the reports to Quint Cerlius M.E. He will review them for clues as to what the orcs are up to.
Stage 1

I can't get a lock on Orca OR Lute. anyone know why?

I couldn't target Lute's or Orca's reports either, which sucks because you must complete this quest to progress the Zek Timeline. So what I did is when I got to the Lute's report I reported the bug, then went to Orca's Report and reported the bug there, too. for those who don't know how to submit a bug report, click the button just above the Camp button. Everyone who encounters this problem should report these bugs to let sony know of the problem, so they can correct it as soon as possible.

Can't target Oraca and Lute as well. Is this an ongoing problem or did anybody find a solution to this one?

It wont let me target those two either....... I'm not liking this... I want to complete this quest!! D:
Last I knew they were looking into a fix for this a few days ago, so make sure you continue to /bug report it in game with any info you have that can help them. :)

try standing at a right angle to the report with a little bit of distance from it so that only the report is active then you can complete this without problem SOE needs to fix though

I can't get the stump report (Feather) because the stump is active for some other reason/quest - it says 'You reach inside the trunk and find a cache of arrows'.

OMG I cant find the Spirit Valley last one know as Shackle... right at LOC of 0, 0.. its not there!.. CAn anyone help?

Definately do them in this order as waypoints were much easier to follow in this order but I only needed one and without names, I wasn't sure which was which. Here are the names:

Coordinates for Blood Ore Valley are wrong. Change -23 to -213

First coordinate is vertically not -23, but -213. A bit to north.

After completing this task you should return to Quint Cerlius M.E. for your choice of rewards, and to open up the Little Lost Landing quest.
The bug preventing you from obtaining Orca's and Lute's reports has been fixed with the Leaper / Glider update that was released on June 24, 2011.
