This is 5 of 16 in a series of Qeynos bounty quests for Exiles.

Speak to Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands to begin this quest.

Use either the world bell or wizard spire (fastest choice) to head to Antonica.
Once there, head to the Windstalker Highlands. This is near the Antonican Wizard Spire.
At about -2011.46, 29.66, -736.69 , Zarla Vinlo will pop and attack you. Kill her.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.

To earn esteem with the city of Qeynos, Gil McMartin has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill a bandit leader named Zarla Vinlo in Antonica. She is known to travel in the Windstalker Highlands. Zarla is second in command to Smithe Bluth who is organizing the bandit clans into a small army.
