This is 16 of 16 in a series of Qeynos bounty quests for Exiles.

Speak to Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands to begin this quest.

Head to the docks and use the bells to get to The Thundering Steppes.
Once there, run to -442, -18.38, -448 and hail Clint Gilcrush.
After a few moments, he will attack you. Kill him.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.

This is the final bounty quest for raising faction from Exile to Qeynos. If you only did the bounty quests starting at -50k faction with Qeynos, you should now be at -2k. Gil McMartin will continue to offer you other repeatable quests if you still need more faction to join the city.

To earn esteem with the city of Qeynos, Gil McMartin has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill a dissident named Clint Gilcrush. He has been working as a double agent using Qeynosian secrets to attempt to destroy the city's leadership. He is a direct threat to the Queen and must be destroyed. I can find him on the docks in the Thundering Steppes.
