Jaestin Chaldean in The Tower of the Moon now tells you that you must find Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel
In the Yeti caves in Kylong Plains, find a pile of rubble at 1365, 384, -792 and spawn Silverpaw (named Yeti, 80^^^). Kill him to receive a calcified old ring.

He can be solo'd. See the notes on Silverpaw's page.

Clean the ring to receive a faintly glowing sorcerer's band.
I need to find a way to bestow a divine enchantment upon the ring.

Enchant it in Everfrost, find Lianashanai Nadeu at 448.42, -34.09, -1456.85 near the wizard spires.

Pay tribute to The Triumvirate by paying your respects at their statues:

Visit the statue of Tarew Marr off the coast of Coldwind Cove in Thundering Steppes at 431.50, -88.25, 1438.15
Visit the statue of E'ci in the waters shadowed by the Ryjesium Peaks in Kylong Plains at 1517.16, -17.88, -16.94 . This is off the map, southwest of Dreg's Landing. 3-4 Yha-lei desecraters (77^^^ Heroic) will spawn and attack you.
Visit the statue of Povar in the depths north of the Timorous Isles, near Faydwer, in Loping Plains off the southwest coast of the Timorous Moor at 181.28,-30.96, 558.94 .

Return to Lianashanai Nadeu to receive Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel.
Return to Jaestin in The Tower of The Moon to complete this quest. Jaestin tells you to seek someone capable of crafting wondrous magical devices.

For a seasoned wizard Silverpaw should not pose a challenge. Was easier than soloing Chelsith or Chardock mobs : )

Now that I've found Arendahr's ring, Cor Gollor ed'Lhach, I now must find Isilwen's ring, Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel.

Stage 1

I need to search for Isilwen's lost ring, Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel. Said to be forged of ice, perhaps I should look for the ring around the highest peaks of Ryjesium Mountains.

Start:	I must find Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel.
Complete:	I found an old calcified ring.

Start:	I should inspect the calcified ring more closely.
Complete:	The ring appears to be Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel.

I have found a ring which I believe to be Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel.

Stage 2

The ring still appears to have some arcane enchantment, though it may require a divine blessing similar to the one bestowed on Cor Gollor ed'Lhach.

Start:	I need to find a way to bestow a divine enchantment upon the ring.
Complete:	I met a Follower of E'ci who may be able to enchant the ring with a divine blessing.

A Disciple of E'ci has agreed to restore Cor Per'Edhel ed'Hegel to its full potential.

Stage 3

I must pay tribute to all three members of the Triumvirate of Water by visiting three statues erected in their honor all across Norrath.

Start:	I must visit the statue of Tarew Marr off the coast of Coldwind Cove.
Complete:	I paid respect to the statue of Tarew Marr.

Start:	I must visit the statue of E'ci in the waters shadowed by the Ryjesium Peaks.
Complete:	I paid respect to the statue of E'ci.
