This is the ninth and final quest from Mooshga at the West Freeport Gates ( -474.36, -45.97, -346.61 ) in The Commonlands. It is given by speaking to him after completing the Pachyderm Punch quest.

You must collect 12 Dark Forest Cap Mushrooms in Netkulos. These are random ground spawn purple mushrooms near the Commonlands bridge area. Pick up all twelve and return to Mooshga for coin and experience.

I think these mushrooms are normally called Blooming Fungus but with this quest they have no name, there are many more of them, and they are right-clickable. I zoned into Nek from the Commonlands and walked up the west side of the river to the D'Abth bridge and then came back down the east side of the river to the J'Rais bridge. I passed at least 15 clickable mushrooms.

To clarify, the mushrooms are the large man-sized purple ones that are common scenery in the forest.

Mooshga wants me to collect twelve dark forest caps from Nektulos Forest for her stew. I should look for them in the areas around the bridge on either side of the river. She said to look for big mushrooms with bright purple tops.
