Charles Arker asked me to help him find and piece together a note he found on one of the many Tunarian spies in the area. It looks like he had already located the first two pieces of this puzzle. Working together, we may be able to piece this together and stop these infidels.

Charles Arker will give me the pieces of parchment I'll need to investigate this puzzle.
