With GU56 Qeynos and Freeport, and therefore the Isles, are no longer available as starting cities. However, if you had a character there they can still complete the quests, so we're leaving this information in the wiki and database.

The Outpost of the Overlord is the starting area for Freeportian characters It contains a number of quests and adventures for low level characters, designed to help teach them the game.
