I have once again spoken with Gisuka Voll, who is convinced that Skalmos is, indeed, the Grozmok. She has spoken with the Overlord directly, and has been given a directive to extend an offer of allegiance with Freeport to Skalmos. Because of my prior history and successes in Big Bend, I've been asked to return there and gain an audience with Skalmos myself. I doubt he will welcome me warmly, so I should be prepared for hostilities.

Stage 1

I must face Skalmos within Big Bend, and deliver Sir Lucan's offer.

Start:	Defeat Skalmos to deliver Sir Lucan's offer
Complete:

Start:	Return to Gisuka Voll at the Temple of War, and deliver Skalmos's message.
Complete:

Start:	Enter Deathknell Citidel through the portal in the Overlord's Plaza, and speak with Lucan D'Lere within his office
Complete:

Start:	Return to Gisuka Voll in the Temple of War
Complete:

Start:	Enter the Temple of War through the secret entrance.
Complete:

Start:	Speak with Gisuka, and observe the exchange between Skalmos and Grand Inquisitor Nethal L'tylex.
Complete:

Start:	Return to Gisuka Voll outside the Temple of War
Complete:

Skalmos has defeated Grand Inquisitor Nethal Lâ€™tylex, and has taken over the Dismal Rage.

It appears that Skalmos is exactly who he claims to be - or at least, possesses enough power to pass as the Grozmok. The order of leadership has changed within the Dismal Rage, and now the Grozmok controls the religious wing of Freeport's power. Where this will lead is anyone's guess, but one can't help but wonder what Skalmos' power could do for the city of Freeport. Our enemies, and the enemies of Sir Lucan D'Lere, should beware.

Speak to Gisuka Voll at -102, -9, -128 inside the Temple of War, North Freeport to begin this quest.

Go back to Big Bend and defeat Skalmos at -26.46, -4.66, 90.59 .
He will spawn as you get near so be ready. He is a heroic ^ difficulty mob that scales to level.
Return to Gisuka Voll in Freeport.
Go and speak with Sir Lucan D'Lere. There is a portal at 8.12, -19.67, 13.15 .
Return to Gisuka Voll.
Enter the Templr of War through the secret entrance. ( -116.43, -8.15, -157.52 )
Speak with Gisua when you zone in.
Go downstairs and wait for the events to happen.
Zone back into Freeport and speak with Gisuka.

If you have also completed all of your main storyline quests in Freeport: Speak to Cleerie Germinas in East Freeport to be given the final reward quest, Your Eternal Reward.
