Finding a Sponsor

One way to get to Neriak is to take the Commonlands (all the way North on the left page of the map) to Darklight Wood, and then to Neriak. You must have the Echoes of Faydwer expansion and have done the expanded update in order to enter the DLW.

Correct. You cannot get this quest if you're already a citizen of Neriak because this is part of the line to BECOME a citizen! :P
