Stage 1

Start:	Speak to a resting Quel'ule protector.
Complete:	You have spoken to a resting Quel'ule protector.

Start:	Speak to a resting Quel'ule vindicator.
Complete:	You have spoken to a resting Quel'ule vindicator.

You have spoken to the soldiers at the infirmary about the battle and what they think.

Stage 3

Return to Researcher Tzuien in Quel'ule.

Start:	Return to Tzuien.
Complete:	You have returned to Tzuien.

You have returned to Researcher Tzuien in Quel'ule.

You successfully gathered information involving the experiences of battle for Researcher Tzuien.

The quest tells you that you need to participate in the battle against the void.
So, head to -355.46, 377.52, 577.90 and wait for the mobs to spawn. It's hard to miss.
Kill any one a void assaulter.
Next, head to -553.23, 371.74, 617.68 and speak with a resting Quel'ule vindicator, a resting Quel'ule defender and a resting Quel'ule protector
Return to Researcher Tzuien to complete the quest.
