Speak to Division Supplier Gaertarn after you complete the Far Seas Supplier - Siren Subterfuge quest.
- The first thing you must do is visit Three-Toes Watering Hole. This is the pond in the Green Hood area.
- The next thing you need to do is inspect a barrel at the Three Toes Waterhing Hole in Zek. This is on the right hand side of the building with the Glademaster. ( 328, -20, -460 )
- After this you must kill Green Hood Woodsmen until you obtain three heads. Warning: This is a faction hit.
- Return to Division Supplier Gaertarn

I'm now investigating Gaertarn's final lead. He believes it may be the elves in the area that are responsible for the sabotage. I'm to find out if they did it or not.
I've been able to gather all of the materials the Division Supplier asked for.
I've given Gaertarn what he wanted and have been given some of the Company's supplies.I've been able to prove that the Green Hood rangers in the area were responsible for the sabotage. The Division Supplier has placed the heads of the elves on pikes as a reminder that no one can get in the way of the Far Seas Trading Company, good or evil.
Stage 1
If I'm going to receive any of the Company's supplies, I'm going to need to do the following for the Division Supplier.| Start: | I need to find Three Toe's Watering Hole. |

For information, the loss of faction for one kill is only 100 points. So shouldn't be a real matter, you won't be KoS cause of this quest.

The reason fo having to kill allied greenhoods is the fact that you are helping the far seas supplier find out who destroyed the gate. Being as the other quests ruled out all other possiblilities you ahve to check out the greenhoods as well. From an RPG perspective pay attention to the storyline and these answers are obvious. It is not near enough faction hit to even worry about it anyways.

The faction lost by killing 3 Greenhoods is negligible compared to the hundreds of orcs you kill in the zone over a period of time. Killing 3 Greenhoods does not cause them to aggro you. This quest is easily completable if you've finished any of those quests concerning "Kill 10 of so-and-so orcs."

What's up with having to kill allies? I mean why are you even sent to kill Elves in the first place? It doesn't make sense from a RPG perspective. Are the green hoods at war with the Far Seas Supplier? Anyone have any idea whether SOE will change this? I'll be leaving this last quest out until they do. :D

I killed 3 and got 3 heads no faction hit at all. Still Ally. Also I only found one stupid woodsman very easy. Not that i needed quest but good loot so did it quest and made 5 gold so far.

Ive killed about 10-15 of the Green Hood woodsmen. Quest is done, and the Green Hoods arent aggro towards me :)
Had problems finding these woodsmen, finally found one at +427, -348. Waited until it respawned (about 5 minutes) and did so over and over again until I got my skulls.

The faction hit isn't that bad. I started out max ally, I've killed three of them so far, and I'm still ally. I haven't got any heads yet, but I can keep conning the other Green Hoods to make sure I don't end up KOS.
The problem I'm having is that woodsmen seem to be as rare as hens teeth.

I am a Tunare worshippinh WoodElf and would hate to lose my fattion with the GreenHoods - beside I am working on the Rescure the GreenHoods too, and could never dream of beraying them - even for a better Bow ....

On the right hand side (closest to three toes pond) of the building with The Glademaster in it you will find a barrel. Inspect it to find a pair of extra large bolt cutters. The next step is to kill Greenhood Woodsman until you find 3 heads to mount on pikes.

The evidence can be found in a barrel between the two buildings near the watering hole. You are then required to kill Green Hood Woodsmen until you gather 3 heads (Had to kill about 20 to get mine). Then go back to the supplier for a little xp.

Arghhh! Ive run around Three toes lake a thousand time, and havnt found anything. I dunno if its broke, or I'm just missing something. :(
